Promotion Period:
This promotional offer is valid from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025, inclusive.
All eligible bookings must be made and confirmed within this period.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The 10% discount applies to most mechanical services and products offered by PMA AUTO WORKS during the promotional period.
1.2. The offer is available to both new and existing PMA AUTO WORKS customers.
1.3. Customers must mention or present the promotion at the time of booking or check-in for the discount to be applied.
1.4. Bookings made before or after the promotional period are not eligible for the discount, regardless of service date.
2. Services Included
2.1. Eligible services include, but are not limited to:

Logbook servicing

General mechanical repairs

Diagnostics

Brake and suspension repairs

Performance upgrades

Accessory installation (including dash cams, sensors, etc.)

Vehicle maintenance services
2.2. Parts and labour included in these services will receive the discount unless otherwise stated.
3. Services Excluded
3.1. Panel smash repairs are strictly excluded from this promotional discount.
3.2. Repair bills with a total value exceeding $4,000 are not eligible for the 10% discount. This applies to the total invoice amount before any discounts.
3.3. Engine rebuilds, gearbox rebuilds, and major mechanical overhauls may be partially or fully excluded at PMA AUTO WORKS' discretion.
3.4. The offer cannot be applied to third-party subcontracted work or specialist external services.
4. Pricing & Discount Application
4.1. The 10% discount is applied to the final invoice amount after assessment but before GST (if applicable).
4.2. Items already on sale or discounted are not eligible for additional discount stacking.
4.3. Quotes issued before the promotion cannot be retrospectively discounted unless re-issued within the promotion period.
4.4. The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.
5. Booking & Payment Conditions
5.1. Bookings are subject to workshop availability.
5.2. A deposit may be required for large jobs, special-order parts, or performance upgrades.
5.3. If a booking is rescheduled outside the promotional period, the discount will no longer apply.
5.4. If the customer cancels a booking that required special-order parts, restocking fees may apply.
6. Warranty & Workmanship
6.1. All services performed under the promotion maintain the same warranty conditions as regular-priced services.
6.2. The promotional discount does not alter or affect PMA AUTO WORKS' standard service guarantees, warranties, or consumer rights under Australian law.
7. General Conditions
7.1. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, voucher, loyalty reward, or promotional coupon unless explicitly stated by PMA AUTO WORKS.
7.2. PMA AUTO WORKS reserves the right to refuse application of the discount if the terms and conditions are not met.
7.3. PMA AUTO WORKS reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.4. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.
