Application

• Wear protective gloves, goggles and protective equipment!
• DPFs that are installed directly on the turbocharger must be dismantled for cleaning
• The following applies to DPFs that are integrated in the exhaust system: engine off, exhaust system must be cold
• Create access to the DPF (temperature sensor or pressure sensor line)
• To be on the safe side, determine whether the DPF is not mechanically damaged or completely clogged! Fire hazard!
• Attach the extension probe to the aerosol can and spray the contents of the can in the direction of the particle filter at intervals and leave to take effect for a short time
• Reassemble the diesel particulate filter and initiate regeneration of the DPF (static/dynamic).
