To change the connection password, please make sure you have updated to the latest firmware version.

Change your password as the following steps:

Get into the APP - "Open Carcam" - "Setting" - "Wi-Fi Setting"- "Password(Type new password)"- "Confirm"-"Unplug the charger and restart the dash cam(important step)"

WiFi connection issue Solution:

For iPhone, please add the AUTO-VOX app into your white list. Then turn off your Cellular Data to connect it.

For Android 9, please turn on the Location/GPS feature on the phone setting when connecting.
